Oakmont Mayor Christopher Whaley announced borough parks will be closed indefinitely to help combat the spread of coronavirus.
“We ask the public to adhere to (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) recommendations and avoid any gatherings of 10 individuals or more,” Whaley said Thursday. “This important action is consistent with our request to limit public interactions as much as practical.”
