Plum council fills board, commission vacancies

Plum council unanimously appointed several residents to fill board vacancies.
Stephen Bullick was named to the library board for a three-year term.
James Rumbaugh was appointed to the municipal authority for a five-year term.
Former Councilman Dave Seitz was appointed to the planning commission for a four-year term.
Michael Babusci was also named to the planning commission for a four-year term.
Michelle Chapkis was appointed to a four-year term on the zoning hearing board, and Paul Freese was appointed to a one-year term on the vacancy board.
The actions were approved at a meeting Monday night.
Borough Manager Michael Thomas said there is one more vacancy on the library board to be filled.
